Dandelion

Dandelion is a structure for collecting handwritten notes describing treasured moments in nature.

Inspired largely by the words of Brian Eno, “if anything is going to save the world, it’s us falling in love with it”, and closely tying in with the biophilia hypothesis, this design aims to celebrate and create a record of why we love our world, in the context of our natural environment.

Designed to be used in an exhibition setting or in a home, Dandelion is constantly evolving, growing as contributors add their personal treasured moment in nature. Though this design is functional in the sense of displaying these special notes, its essential function is to provoke thought. What is your most precious moment in nature? Are you curious to discover what others have to share?
